MRI Basics for the Practicing Chiropractor
Length: 1 CE

This course educates the participants in the basics of reading MRI images. Disc nomenclature, slice sequences and thicknesses, medical necessity, and spinal/neural can stenosis are some of the topics discussed. Dr. Rodnick goes through some example MRIs in real time and explains best practices in scrolling through slices and lining up different sequences using cut lines. If you are new to reading advanced imaging or are a provider who looks at MRI on a daily basis, you will benefit from this course with practical methods to improve your interpretation and clinical skills.
